1. What is Print on Demand and how does it affect my order?

Print on Demand (POD) means that each book or product is printed specifically for you once an order is placed. This ensures high-quality, unique items but also means that production takes time. Once your order is placed, it will take 7 to 15 days (typically around 9-10 days) for the book to be printed and shipped to your selected address.

2. What are the shipping times and costs?

Processing Time: 3-5 business days (printing and quality check).
Shipping Time: 4-10 business days depending on the destination.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7-15 business days.

Shipping Costs:

Orders over €99 qualify for free shipping.
For orders below €99, shipping costs vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your book is printed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

4. Do you accept returns or refunds?

Since our books and products are printed on demand specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

All payments are processed securely, and we do not store any credit card information.

6. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Since each book is printed specifically for you, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order is placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you.

7. Are the images in the books and on the products licensed?

Yes, we carefully select our images from trusted sources, including:
